Chia Seed Pudding in Less than 5 min!

No matter how far along you are on your journey to better health or how motivated you are – some days you are just not going to feel like putting a lot of time and effort into what you eat.  This is why so many people slip back into their old ways – take out, fast food and microwavable meals are just so EASY, but at the end of the day they leave you feeling far worse.Screen Shot 2015-09-11 at 7.58.05 PMSo what do you do when you are “too tired” to cook yourself a healthy meal?  You find an easy recipe and you run with it! That’s exactly what this chia seed pudding recipe is – easy and convenient!  Try adding it into your weekly meal plan and I promise you won’t be disappointed.Screen Shot 2015-09-11 at 7.59.04 PM


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup dairy free unsweetened milk
  • 1 scoop designer protein vegan protein powder (use the code “BRIDGEFIT20” to get 20% off your order!)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp grade b maple syrup


  1. add all ingredients together and mix well.
  2. refrigerate overnight.
  3. voila! breakfast is served (or this recipe makes for a great mid-afternoon snack)

*feel free to mess with the recipe – add different fun ingredients like goji berries, banana, walnuts, cashews and other goodies to mix it up!
