Peanut Butter Banana Mugcake

What do you do when you are stuck at home sick all day and all you want is something sweet? You make an ooey gooey delicious mug cake!
Ingredients:
– 1 egg
– 1 scoop of vegan (soy free) protein powder
– 1 tbsp sunflower butter
– 1 tbsp organic honey
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– pinch of salt
for the frosting:
– 1/2 banana
– 1 tbsp coconut or almond milk
– 1/2 scoop protein powder
– hemp seeds and chia seeds for topping

Directions:

1. mix all mug cake ingredients well. Microwave for 1 min. Check to see if it’s cooked all the way through. If not cook for 30 more seconds.

2. blend all your frosting ingredients together minus the toppings.

3. pour your frosting over your Mug-cake and add chia and hempseeds for extra super food deliciousness !
