Doing this challenge for the past 30 days, has truely been a life changing experience for me. Not only do I now understand the benefits of eating clean and leading a healthy lifestyle, but I feel that I can now pass that information and it’s importance to my family. I am seeing positive changes in my body, my mood and temperament has definitely improved, and I am feeling like a much more loving and happier person overall. I am so glad that I made it through!!

After the 30 days, not only have I noticed physical differences but overall I feel healthier and better about myself. I’ve hardly worn any makeup during this past month because my skin is so clear and glowing. Everyday I woke up excited about going to the gym (as well as trying new meals), and I also had more energy.  Over the month I could tell I was becoming more of myself, I was happier and more confident and was caring more about myself rather than other people, I am looking forward to continuing on with these skills I learned to reach my goals.

The stripped fitness 30 day challenge was great!! The daily emails from Bridgette really helped keep me motivated and keep going in striving for my goal. I liked breaking my goals down into big and small. I feel so much better and more in control of my life. I am beginning to understand how to balance a healthy lifestyle and even though I know this is always going to be hard work I now have the motivation and tools that will help me reach my dreams!

I know for many the challenge is for weightloss, for me it’s a little different – it was really targeted on eating better to get over my plateau and see results – although I know this will take a lot more than 30 days! Getting to the gym each week isn’t very hard for me, it’s the other 23 hours of that day that are very hard for me. I LOVE bread and sugar and chocolate. I would say my favorite food is a cinnamon roll or Auntie Anne’s cinnamon sugar pretzel. I had built up that cooking was such a treacherous task but through this challenge I learned it’s not, and I think half of it was mind set and me thinking it was gonna suck/be hard. Also learning about what foods are good for you and also the negative effects really boosted the desire to cook for myself. I think I was more affected by learning the bad it can do for your body, because I want to treat my body with respect. I realized I ate out a lot or on the go a lot – and I knew I needed to start prepping more often. Really being prepared or eating a filling snack like an apple (or literally bringing one to the bars over the challenge) has shown me being busy or going out with friends can’t serve as a “cheat” each time and that being prepared FEELS better than eating out all the time. I did still go out a over the challenge (dinners, bars), but would eat before or choose a healthier option/restaurant if I had the option. I dont want the end of the challenge to be a reason to drop off clean eating, I want to take what I learned and evolve it more and more into a lifestyle that its already becoming.

Bridgette’s program is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t imagine being this successful without you. You don’t rely on supplements and fake shakes. Your holistic approach is DOABLE and ACHIEVABLE. It’s realistic. That’s why I like it. I love that Bridgette doesn’t judge us and that she’s really here to mentor, teach, and train her clients. Bridgette have opened my eyes to what a true healthy lifestyle feels like and I now know that I am going to be a successful, strong woman and make healthy choices for a lifetime!

I have learned so much from this 30-day challenge. Not only did I learn all about eating healthy but I also learned so much about my body and myself. I used to eat whatever and whenever I wanted to but would never do anything to fix it. It was always a “oh maybe tomorrow ill start working out, or maybe tomorrow I will eat healthy.” I have never done a diet before and have never been a huge fan of working out. When a friend asked me to do this challenge together with her I decided I would give it a try. I am so thankful for this opportunity that I got to change and better my life because of you Bridgette. Not only did I eat healthy for 30 days but I will continue to better my health, eat better foods, and workout long after this challenge as well. I learned that it isn’t as hard as most people think it is to be healthy and simply eat good foods for your body because that’s what our bodies need! I can honestly say I will be continuing to use your tools that I have learned from this experience to further better myself and my body throughout my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Bridgette.

Over the 30 days of this challenge I noticed a lot of changes in my body and state of mind. Today, day 30, I feel better in a swimsuit then I ever have in my entire life. I feel confident in how I look and am excited to be in a swim suit in front of other people, whereas before I dreaded that. Not only do I notice a change in how I look, but I feel so much better. Before I started eating healthy and working out, I would feel bloated and sick most times I ate. I tried to narrow it down to find out what was making me sick, but it wasn’t until I started seriously clean eating that I generally felt better every time I had a meal! The number one thing I took out of this is that I CAN do it. I can choose what to eat, drink and to workout on a regular basis so that I feel successful and good about myself!

Working out and getting to the gym has always been something I enjoy.  I’ve played sports for as long as I can remember so getting to the gym for a workout has never been too challenging for me.  However, eating healthy has always been a challenge.  Having Bridgette as my health coach has motivated me to eat clean.  This has not only made me look better, but I feel better, happier, healthier, and more confident! I’ve tried new foods I never thought I would and I actually ENJOY it!  I can’t wait to see what new stuff Bridgette is going to motivate me to do!

Before this challenge I was feeling so unhappy with my body, tired, not looking forward to whatever my next weight loss attempt was going to be. When Laura B. told me about what she’s been working on with you and how amazing she’s felt I began to hope that clean eating could work for me as it has for her.

In this past month I have cut out so many processed, preservative filled foods and I feel the difference all over. I’ve changed my morning coffee habits, I’ve started to eat breakfast when before I’d skip it, I’ve discovered new recipes that are satisfying and tasty, both from your cookbook and through my own initiative. I started a Pinterest board specifically for inspiration for this challenge, filling it with new recipes and exercises to try. Never in a million years would I have attempted black bean brownies or a kale tahini salad before this challenge.

Another big change I’ve made is my behavior ordering food at restaurants. Because of the challenge, I’ve tried lighter options than ever before, and through those choices have discovered that my hunger can be fully satisfied by salads and vegetable dishes where before I would look to sandwiches or meat or pasta to feel full. It’s like I’ve been training myself, or learning by experience that eating clean doesn’t mean being hungry or missing out on delicious food. I’ve also cut way way waaaay down on incidental alcohol consumption. Instead of having a cocktails while out to lunch or a beer while watching tv with my boyfriend, I’ve been having water instead. Not even diet coke which I used to be so addicted to!

Like you, was a party girl in college, and gained more weight than I ever ever thought I would. I struggled with depression in my sophomore year, gained weight, and was never able to get back down to where I was before. Now, I’m starting medical school in a week (!) and I realized that if I’m going to be a doctor, I can’t possible set a good example for my patients or help them reach their health goals if I can’t reach my own. The prospect of losing weight while in medical school is daunting, but spending this last month preparing and building a foundation for these habits now, before I get crazy busy, has been ideal. Now I only have to maintain these changes rather than start brand new while in school.

Perhaps most importantly, I feel a huge surge of confidence. I feel like I’m on the right track. Like I’ve discovered a way to get back to a self that’s going to be even better than the one I lost in college. Thank you for reading, and thank you for everything!!

“Bridgette is such a sweet and knowledgable person! She kept my attention while on the phone and she taught me so much in less than an hour of speaking with her. I’m so excited to improve not only my body, but my mind as well with Bridgette’s help!”

I would highly recommend her services. She is so easy to talk to and she makes you feel comfortable. I can’t wait to get started with this program I’m really looking forward to it.

When I heard from my doctor that I had to make a change in my health I didn’t know where to start. It was all so overwhelming! When I found Bridgette on Instagram I knew I had to try her services. Within one week I was eating healthier, shedding weight, and well on my way to optimal health. She really does “strip” you down to reveal the best version of you with her kind words and endless knowledge of living a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend her services to anyone in need of support, tools, and knowledge to create a new, positive lifestyle.

Bridgette is “hands down”, one of the most amazing & inspiring people to have in my life! She taught my husband & I things that we never would have been able to accomplish without her being our health/nutritional coach. She explained to us over one-on-one consultations how to eat healthy, exercise, & to live a well balanced life. It’s not always about the physical body, but the mind & Spirit as well. We learned so many things from her that we will utilize forever in our lives. She makes her clients feel as though you are her one & only focus! We both are so appreciative for what she did for us & all the positive changes she made to our lives! Thank You Bridgette!!

I have always loved working out, but Bridgette, she has led me through the specifics of eating a balanced plant-based diet and maintaining a balanced life. My body is changing because my thoughts are different- it’s total reform of the self!

Throughout this whole process, it was about getting back on track. And although I did get more back on track, my biggest thing was getting my sugar intake under control. As you know, I am OBSESSED with sugar. Work doesn’t help, but we changed some things so that I am not eating as nearly as much sugar. We switched out the candy at work to candy I don’t really like, and whenever I go grocery shopping, I don’t go into the bakery section anymore since cookies and brownies are my weakness. Another thing is that I have been working out in the morning at least 2x a week (besides this last week) which is a huge accomplishment since I have a problem waking up haha. I also deadlifted this past month for the first time. I was avoiding it, but now I have begun to like it!
Since I am moving,  I still have been going out to eat a lot (friends who want to say goodbye, etc.) but I have been watching what I eat and choosing more proteins and veggies. I still have my weaknesses, but I think I have more control over what I eat. I find myself choosing healthier foods. I think this is something I will always struggle with, but I am definitely working on it.
I also have learned to love my body, which has been the hardest part for me. I have this psychological “need” to be thinner but then I do things to sabotage it (and I know I do it). However, I don’t know if its from working with you for the past months or the challenge and the daily reminders from you, but I have finally learned to like my body again. I still have my goals: run a half marathon, lift with at least one 45 lbs. weight on each side while I squat, etc. that I want to reach, but it’s a relief to actually like what I see in the mirror. I am only half way, but I am on my way. I compare to myself to other people constantly, and that’s another thing I have/am struggling with.
If its one thing I have learned is that life throws curve balls. I’m moving, Im going to law school, I totaled my car and life still goes on. There’s excuses for everything and although I definitely didn’t do perfect, I’ve done better than I have in the past. It is a process and that’s something i have to remember. Things don’t happen overnight, I am attempting a lifestyle change – not a quick fix.
Anyways, I’ll send the pictures in the morning. Thanks for being great Bridgette!

I can’t believe I’ve already seen my body change so much and I’ve only been able to go to the gym a few times a week and yoga like 3! I’m not as tired in the mornings and don’t crave coffee or sweets as much, its only every once in a while! I’m grateful that I have made changes in my life for the better! I’m so excited to see what else Bridgette has in store for me to learn!

This is just the start of my journey, and I know it’s a long process that doesn’t just happen over night. I’m making changes to become more healthy and physically fit.You have to work hard for what you want. And I’m extremely excited to see where I end up and I am so thankful I have Bridgette to guide me.
