The Best Green Smoothie in the World!

I can’t get enough of green smoothies, they are the perfect way to get in a TON of nutrients and leafy green vegetables without having to eat a boring old salad!  I have a green smoothie before I go to the gym EVERY morning to give me an extra energy boost and days off from the gym I have it as a midmorning snack or sometimes on lazy days I will have one for breakfast.   Add this delicious green drink into your daily diet and I promise your body will thank you!

Makes 1 Serving


– 1/2 cup aloe Vera juice

– 1/2 cup coconut water

– 1 tsp chia seeds

– 1 tsp of each philosophie superfood powder (cacao magic, berry bliss, green dream

– 1/2 scoop garden of life vegan vanilla protein OR for those who aren’t dairy intolerant you have to try Designer Whey

– 1 tsp glutamine powder

– 1 cup of spinach

– 1/2 banana

– 1/2 cup blueberries

– 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

– 1 tsp hempseed oil

– 1/2 tbsp raw organic honey

– 1 tsp liquid probiotic
